A completely curated store, that aim to provide the ideal omnichannel beauty experience by integrating curation, experience & technology. Each product in the store is selected based on online sales data, reviews & ratings. Key trends for the quarter are highlighted along with relevant informational content on specially curated tables at the center of the store. All customers are encouraged to trial and play with make-up via a highly trained beauty advisors. Nykaa provide a seamless experience to the customers online and offline by enabling a single account across both channels, parity on a majority of offers, accumulation of loyalty points, online ordering through in-store devices and integration of video content in stores. The entire store is refreshed every quarter to keep customers “On Trend” with the latest best-sellers and beauty trends.
